If you’re looking for a low-impact but effective workout that builds strength, improves posture, and leaves you feeling energised, Nina’s Barre Fitness classes in Ipswich offer a supportive and welcoming space to move. You can attend in person or enjoy classes at home through the online membership.
Nina’s Barre Fitness classes in Ipswich combine elements of Pilates, strength training, and functional movement to create a full-body workout that is both gentle on the joints and highly effective. Designed to improve muscular endurance, posture, balance, and core strength, Barre is ideal if you want to tone your body without high-impact exercise.
Using controlled, targeted movements and small pulses, classes focus on strengthening the legs, glutes, core, arms, and postural muscles while encouraging alignment and body awareness. The result is a workout that feels challenging yet accessible, helping you build strength gradually while reducing strain and risk of injury.
Barre is particularly beneficial if you:
Classes are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels, with modifications provided so you can work at your own pace. Nina’s supportive teaching style ensures you feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident throughout each session.
Sessions take place in a welcoming, small-group environment near Ipswich, allowing for personalised guidance and a relaxed atmosphere where you can focus on movement quality and consistency.
If you can’t attend in person or prefer flexibility, Barre classes are also available through Nina’s online membership. This allows you to maintain consistency at home while benefiting from the same supportive approach and structured sessions.
Whether you attend in person, online, or a combination of both, Barre offers a sustainable and enjoyable way to build strength, improve confidence, and support long-term wellbeing.

“I’ve been attending Barre fit classes for over a year – in the studio and now online! These classes are fab, fun and Nina is always smiley and enthusiastic (and very fit!) I’ve learned a lot about muscle groups and how to look after my core. Nina also provides awesome massage therapies – which reminds me I need one! Must book.”
“If you haven’t experienced a Barre Fit class yet then you should definitely give it a go. I’m not the fittest or youngest but the great thing about Nina’s classes is that you can build up your strength and agility at a pace that’s right for you, something which Nina is very aware and sympathetic of. But if you want to push yourself there’s no stopping you doing that either. For me this approach is perfect as like most women we have good and bad days physically and emotionally, yet Nina is always incredibly supportive and goes out of her way to give brilliant advice and put you first. Running a professional business and being a caring, kind and giving person is not always easy to achieve but Nina balances this perfectly. We all need a bit of SWWC in our lives and I couldn’t recommend it more.”
