Why This Course Matters More Than Ever

In many areas, the NHS no longer provides live, face-to-face antenatal classes, and most families are offered online learning instead. While this information can be helpful, it often cannot replace the depth, connection, and personalised support that happen when you learn in the room with experienced practitioners who truly see you.

This course is your chance to receive the kind of preparation that simply isn’t available elsewhere —
a real, human, in-person experience designed to help you feel involved, engaged, and genuinely supported.

Here, you can:

  • Ask questions in real time
  • Practise techniques with guidance and feedback
  • Learn alongside other couples
  • Build confidence through conversation, reassurance, and community
  • Feel held by two experienced educators who tailor the session to your needs
  • It is a rare and precious opportunity to be fully present in your learning, to feel listened to, and to have space to explore your beliefs, hopes, and questions without rushing or filters.

This isn’t just education — it’s connection, embodiment, and wholehearted preparation that goes far beyond what online programmes can offer.

Meet your Teachers

Nina

Nina Parnham is a deeply experienced midwife, women’s health specialist, and holistic therapist with over 30 years of caring for women throughout their reproductive and life journeys. Since beginning her midwifery career in the mid-1990s, she has supported countless women through pregnancy, birth, recovery, and beyond, bringing both clinical expertise and a profoundly human touch to her work.

What sets Nina apart is her calm, non-judgemental presence. Women often describe feeling seen, heard, and truly understood when they are with her. She listens with compassion, offers support without agenda, and creates a space where every woman can come exactly as she is, with her hopes, fears, history, and dreams, held with kindness.

Blending her extensive clinical background with a holistic approach, Nina specialises in pelvic health, postnatal rehabilitation, scar therapy, therapeutic coaching, and women’s movement and wellness. She works gently and intuitively, helping women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild confidence, and rediscover their strength after times of change, challenge, or transition.

Through her Ipswich practice and online programmes, Nina supports women with pregnancy and postnatal massage, pelvic health assessments, corrective exercise, C-section and abdominal scar therapy, trauma-sensitive support, and her signature Holistic Core Restore® programmes and Mummy MOT® assessment. Everything she offers is grounded in evidence, enriched with experience, and delivered with genuine care.

Nina believes every woman deserves to feel valued, supported, and empowered in her body and her life. Her mission is to guide women from overwhelm or uncertainty into a place of freedom, comfort, and quiet confidence, always at their own pace, and always with compassion.

Jasmine

With a deeply personal and empowering birth journey behind her, Jasmine brings a rare blend of experience, compassion, and clarity to every couple she supports. After her own first birth experience in 2009, she immersed herself in the physiology of birth and hypnobirthing, and by 2015 she welcomed her son with confidence, competence and connection.

In 2021 she completed a Foundation Degree in Birth & Beyond (with National Childbirth Trust) and trained as a hypnobirthing instructor via The Little Birth Company, fusing evidence-based information with the deep relaxation tools of hypnobirthing.

Jasmine’s approach is parent-centred and non-judgemental. She believes every birth choice is valid, homebirth, hospital birth, induction, caesarean, and her role is to give you the knowledge, tools and support to choose confidently and birth with calm. From guided breathing and visualisation to birth partner preparation, she empowers you to step into your birth experience with trust and presence.

Based in Suffolk, Jasmine offers 1-to-1 and group hypnobirthing courses, baby massage classes, and antenatal preparation in person and online. If you’re looking for warm, expert support through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, Jasmine is here for you.

Small Groups for Real Connection

We keep each course intentionally intimate, with a maximum of 8 couples, so you feel supported, listened to, and held. This also creates a beautiful environment to meet like-minded people, share experiences, and begin to build your village for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

A Workbook to Support Your Journey

With the NHS now offering antenatal education almost entirely online, many women find they no longer receive anything physical to keep, read, or flick through when they need grounding or clarity. Digital resources can be helpful, but they are easy to lose among emails, apps, and links — and they rarely offer the comfort of something you can hold.

This is why we include a tangible, beautifully created workbook as part of your course.

There is something deeply reassuring about having real pages to turn, space to write your thoughts, and a physical guide you can return to whenever you need it. Your workbook becomes:

  • A place to anchor your learning
  • A calm space for reflection and self-enquiry
  • A simple way to recap techniques without searching online
  • A companion you can keep by your bedside, in your birth bag, or on the sofa
  • A gentle reminder of what you’ve learned even months later

In a world where so much is digital, this workbook is a treat, a resource, and a keepsake — something that supports you not just during the course, but well into birth and early parenthood.

Our Private WhatsApp Community for Parents-to-Be

Connection makes such a difference when you are preparing for birth, and many couples tell me that meeting others on the same path helps them feel reassured, grounded, and understood. To support that sense of community, every course includes access to our private WhatsApp group — a gentle, supportive space where you can stay in touch long after each class has ended.

Inside the group, you are welcome to share your thoughts, questions, and reflections, as well as celebrate the small milestones and moments that make this journey so special. It is also a place to ask for guidance between sessions, whether you are unsure about something we covered in class, need a little reassurance, or simply want to check in.

Many couples find comfort in hearing from others who are experiencing similar things, and friendships often grow naturally within this space. It is a place of kindness, encouragement, and community, offering you the chance to stay connected not only with me but also with other couples walking the same path toward birth and parenthood.

You are never alone on this journey and our WhatsApp group is here to make sure you have someone to reach out to.

A Little Treat to Support You Along the Way

As a thank-you for choosing to prepare with us, every couple receives a beautiful goodie bag filled with supportive samples and simple toolkit items to enhance your pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood journey.

It’s our way of adding a little extra care, comfort, and joy to your experience.

Inside, you’ll find thoughtfully chosen items that help you:

  • Practise the techniques you learn in class
  • Create a sense of calm and comfort at home
  • Build confidence and connection as you prepare for birth
  • Feel nurtured and looked after during this precious time

It’s a small gesture, but one that truly adds to the feeling of being held, supported, and celebrated.

A lovely bonus — and a little nudge to book your place while spaces are still available.
