My Approach to Coaching

My coaching sessions are designed to be holistic, compassionate, and deeply personal. I believe in creating a non-judgmental, safe environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach combines a range of therapeutic modalities that help facilitate healing, including mindfulness, positive psychology, empowerment coaching, and somatic (body-based) practices.

  • Mindfulness & Self-Awareness: I guide you to cultivate mindfulness in your daily life, helping you connect with your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations in a non-judgmental way.
  • Self-Compassion & Empowerment: Through gentle coaching, we’ll focus on building self-compassion and inner strength to empower you to make meaningful changes.
  • Somatic Healing: I incorporate body-based practices such as breath work, relaxation techniques, and somatic (body-focused) approaches to help release stored tension and trauma, facilitating both emotional and physical healing.
  • Goal Setting & Action Plans: I work with you to set clear, achievable goals and create a road map that aligns with your true desires. Together, we’ll break down any obstacles and strategise how to move forward.
  • In-person in Ipswich or Live via Zoom: Knowing how hectic life can be, I understand that some people prefer to work remotely over Zoom, whereas others prefer to be present in a coaching space. It’s up to you.
