Then this is the course for you! A fantastic evidence based and science driven programme from Holistic Core Restore® – Back Pain Solution.

This is a six-week live online programme designed to help improve back pain in women. Because strategies for support of backpain in women ARE different from men.

It is a chance to finally take control of your pain and find ways to manage it, reduce or possibly even eliminate it. We will explore a combination of strategies including:

  • Anatomy Awareness
  • Stretching,
  • Self-Massage,
  • Strength Work,
  • Integrated Core and Pelvic Floor Work
  • Nutritional Approaches
  • I will help you find what works to enable you to move more freely and with less pain.

 

Women & Back Pain

Women experience back pain differently from men and have different drivers. Most women are not aware of the causes and this course will give you valuable insight into the drivers of your back pain and how to address them.

How the sessions will be delivered

  • x 1 weekly class for 6 weeks – each class is 45-60 minutes long
  • Access to filmed videos so you can continue the exercises at home
  • Each week focuses on a different part of the spine starting from the top working all the way down to the bottom.

I will be delivering this programme Zoom ONLINE or ‘in-person’ on either a 1:1 basis or as part of a small-group offering. If you have a friend or two who would like to do this with you, I can accommodate up to 3 participants in my studio.

Even when working in a small group, this offering is ALWAYS utterly bespoke, and I completely tailor their advice and programming to your needs and ‘meet you EXACTLY where you are now’. I support your progress with solutions and support over a timeframe that suits your needs and goals.

Exercise Kit required

Those who have completed the Everywoman course will have a lot of the kit they require.

  • X 1 Mini Pilates ball 25cms
  • X1 Medium strength resistance band 1.5 metres long
  • X2 Rubber Balls & an old sock
  • X1 yoga mat or safe space to exercise without slipping

You can find all Equipment on either Amazon or E-Bay. Please aim to purchase in good time before the course starts.

Supporting Your Journey

There will also be a WhatsApp group to support you through the course to share the experience with other participants but also have additional support from your coach.

Homework videos will be posted in the WhatsApp group to support you between classes.
