The Holistic Core Restore ® Bump programme is offered as a 1:1 offering, to enable Nina to fully focus on your bespoke needs. She is your specialist personal trainer for your pregnancy!
You are in safe hands as Nina has worked with pregnant women since 1996 as a Midwife and has been a specialist coach for pregnant women since 2005. to you to help you safely get or stay fit during pregnancy and prepare for your birth. In your bespoke sessions you will learn how to support your pelvic floor, core and overall health and feel empowered during your Pregnancy. We shall combine functional strength, movement, mobility, birth and 4th trimester preparation with exercises that will truly get you stronger for labour and birthing and support you in your early post natal days, weeks and months.
You will learn easy rest and self-care strategies as part of your motherhood wellness journey, as well as the essentials of optimal nutrition for both you and your baby during your pregnancy and into the postnatal period. Pregnancy can cause lower back pain or mobility issues due to your posture changes, so if you are feeling the effects of carrying your unborn baby, the sessions will help to address this.
The sessions will also support a weakened pelvic floor, so if you have experienced the odd leaky pelvic floor incident during your pregnancy, now is the time to take control.
Nina will tailor her advice to your needs and meet you exactly where you are now, by supporting this life-phase with real-world solutions and support over a time-frame that suits your needs.
Nina will provide you with a few items of simple exercise kit and your Holistic Core Restore® – Client Education Booklet and she will support you to keep active away from your face-to-face sessions with easy-to-fit-in homework.

“I have been going HCR bump classes which I have been finding useful. The exercises themselves focus on pelvic floor and general core stability which are good but it is also the discussions at the end of class I have found useful for example, natural remedies that can be used to help with relaxation, to keep to due date amongst others. Part of the class also involves relaxation and one week we listened to a hypnobirth track which was also good. I would definitely recommend it!”
