We focus on more than exercise. Our programme uses a whole approach to wellness, incorporating nutrition, mindset, bowel and bladder health, sleep hygiene and to support women to optimum health.
The Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman Course incorporates fitness and education focusing on Pelvic Floor, core health, nutrition, wellness and fitness at any age and whatever life phase you are in – be it before childbirth, postnatally or menopause.
The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to bring you ‘back home’ to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus

What’s involved?
My offerings are ALWAYS adapted and made bespoke FOR YOU! I tailor my advice to your needs and ‘meet you EXACTLY where you are now’. I will support you wherever you are in your journey over a time frame that suits your needs. This programme can be experienced as part of a small group or 1:1.
There are 2 phases of this course:
I will take you through Phase One of the Everywoman programme for 6 weeks. This is known as ‘Attune and Active’
This programme is a mix of Functional Exercise, Supportive Nutrition, Breathwork, Alignment Work and Self-Care/Lifestyle Revision – overall, a deep and precious gift that every woman deserves and needs in her lifetime.
As well as your weekly meeting with me you are also deeply supported by the online homework that you access via our state-of-the-art homework portal where you journey through a weekly-progressed workout led by programme creator Jenny Burrell and are supported from me via a Whats app group. You have a years access to this portal once your programme is complete so indeed, this programme truly is a gift that keeps on giving.
If you opt for Phase Two, the following six weeks known as ‘Athletic’ will move online on demand and will focus on helping you integrate core and pelvic floor exercise into your everyday life. If you opt for 1:1 then phase two can also be live in person.
The Phase Two online programme is optional but comes highly recommended and embedded in studies that show that for core and pelvic floor programming, a minimum of 3 months training is the gold standard requirement. This phases supports you further in developing a stronger, deeper and embedded core synergy within your regular movement patterns.
The results
This course is all about you – the woman, the mum, the centre piece of your world. I can 100% guarantee that you will feel stronger both on the inside and out by committing yourself to working through this programme with me. I often receive comments that the course is about so much more than pelvic floor and the results are far reaching.
