Zen Woman® is a Beginners Mindfulness, Gratitude and Meditation Course.
This live online guided 7 weeks course has been created in response to an awareness of the need and value of bringing calmness and clarity to women who feel like they exist in survival mode.
If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or are having difficulty in coping with your day-to-day life, then this course is an ideal way to deepen your management of life-stressors so that you are better equipped to show up in the world a more grounded and peaceful human being.
This is the highest form of self-care and self-compassion that can be gifted to you, by you.
For many of us, we can spend truly little time living in the present moment, ruminating about the past can produce pain and feelings of depression, guilt, and self-loathing. Regularly thinking about the future causes worry and anxiety. During the course you will learn techniques for meditation and mindfulness that help you to gently redirect your focus to the present moment whenever you find your mind drifting to thoughts of the past or future.
Be prepared to go deeper into learning the patterns and habits of your mind.
We meet in a small group to allow every woman to be heard and supported, with Nina as your guide.
The first session will outline the steps that will be taken throughout the program, with an initial mindfulness self-audit to show you where you are at the beginning of your journey. You will then take part in a guided meditation practice. We end the session with a discussion about the mindfulness and gratitude journaling tasks to be carried out for that week. The style and focus will alter each week but to improve your endurance, the duration of each meditation session will increase weekly as the course progresses.
With weekly practice between our group sessions you will develop and cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into profoundly peaceful and energised states of mind. Such experiences can have a transformative effect on your mental wellbeing and can lead to a new understanding of life and indeed a ‘better life’.

“With all the tools I have learned from the course. The guidance from Nina and the support from the other ladies, I have learned that I Can calm myself, my mind through meditation. I Can control how I feel. Be responsible for my reaction/response to things. I know I need some More work on this, however I am confident that I can do this. The course is more than just meditation. It allows you to dig deep and re-evaluate many things and do so in a supportive, non judgemental space.
