The Double D's Women Only Swim
Free event co-ordinated by Nina Parnham.
This is for women who want to go with other women for a supported swim in the sea.
We go every Sunday and the time every week changes with the sunrise, when it is quiet and feels good to be outside. We hope to carry on throughout the year.
We advise to wear water shoes, and think about a towel robe and possibly a wet suit during the Winter time.
