Express Back Neck and Shoulder - Release and Relax

Following a back, neck and shoulder massage with Nina, this area has significantly improved and no more knots, tightness and pain! Nina not only worked her magic but she took her time to explain the technique she uses in relation to the anatomy of this area and how it works. Nina also gave me some exercises to do at home inbetween massages and tips for my partner to assist too!
