Using our services is easy and safe, but let's cross some T's while we're here.

Service Terms of use

In the event that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to;

  • an unplanned procedure
  • childcare issues
  • illness
  • unable to get to the appointment
  • you need to self-isolate for any reason
 
NO refunds will be given for any class, course, therapy, massage, workshop, consultation or appointment that has been scheduled.
 
Rescheduling of your appointment is only permitted if it is a massage therapy or consultation, provided you have given at least 48 hours notice. All other services can not be rescheduled or cancelled and fees for services are non-refundable.
 
In the event of a late cancellation of a massage therapy or consultation appointment we will always endeavour to find a replacement, so that you can reschedule without cost to you, but this is not always possible.
 
As we are a small business offering a service (rather than a product that could be re-sold) we have to charge for missed appointments/our time, or we would not survive. Thank you for your understanding.
 

Holistic Core Restore – Everywoman Bump, Caesarean, Recovery, Diastasis, Fit to Run, Zen Woman Courses

  • Courses must be paid in full to secure the participant’s place and access to the online portal for all exercise homework and content.
  • Participants will be permitted access once full payment or set up of the instalments option has been made.
  • If the participant needs to cancel the course after booking, there will be an administration charge of 50%. There is a 48 hour cool off period, so cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund. After 48 hours the 50% charge will come into effect.
  • If a participant gives notice of cancelling the course less than 2 weeks before commencement of the course, then no refund will be given.
  • Refunds will be issued minus the 50% administration charge of notice to cancel more than 2 weeks.
  • Refunds must be requested by email to hello@ninaparnham.com.
  • Participants can move their booking to another course if there is a space available with no charge if they give at least 2 weeks’ notice before the start of the course.
  • Once a course has started, no refunds are given if the participant decides not to attend.
  • If the participant has a serious illness, or who has sustained physical trauma to their body rendering them incapable of taking part in their training, they will be able to move to another course, if there is space, and pay an administration charge of £30. Please provide evidence in the event of this occurrence. In the instance of 1:1 clients undertaking private classes/sessions, you may defer your remaining sessions to a date and time when you are able to start again and will incur an administration fee of £10 for every remaining class/session For private clients, if notice of non-attendance is given within 24 hours of the session start time, then the session will be foregone.
  • Participants are not permitted to defer or move to another course once they have started the course.
  • The course dates will be detailed prior to booking on the website and booking page.
  • If any week is missed, then the week’s exercises are shown via video and crib sheet online to help the participant catch up and use the exercises at home.
  • If there is another course running the same week elsewhere, if there is a space, you may join that same session you missed.
  • If the instructor is away with sickness, then there will either be a replacement trainer to take the course or there will be opportunity to make up this episode at a time that suits the trainer. This may be on a different day or time. Refunds will not be given if you are unable to make the alternative date and time.
  • For the courses that admit mums with babies, mums are entirely responsible for their baby’s health and safety, and the instructor or facilities are in no way responsible for any injury, harm, or loss to an infant.
  • Babies must be either a non-crawler or be happy to be strapped into a car seat or buggy for the duration of the session.
  • This course is for everyday women who want to trust and feel confident in their body. It is not for fitness professionals and if relevant you will be given a full refund (Minus the transaction fee and if applicable material costs).
  • Holistic Core Restore – Group courses and Private Sessions: Everywoman, Bump, Caesarean, Recovery, Diastasis, Fit to Run, Back Care Solution, Zen Woman.
  • In the event of a lock down enforced by the government due to Covid-19 or other quarantine measures to prevent the spread of disease or virus, this service will move directly to online and is taught via the Zoom Platform. If you wish to postpone your face-to-face training to a time where lock down ceases, then you will need to pay a retainer fee of £80.

Preparation for Birth Hypnobirthing Course

  • There is a 48 hour cool off period, so cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund. After 48 hours the 50% charge will come into effect as per other courses above. There is no refund of the course less than two weeks before the course starts.

For Exercise Class Bookings/Memberships

  • Single class sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you can attend before you book.
  • For studio-based classes, participants are required to bring their own exercise kit.
  • The basic kit needed for each class is listed on the website and includes, long resistance band, mini loop band, Pilates ball, rubber or spiky ball, light hand weights, yoga mat. It is recommended for hygiene reasons that you have your own kit.
  • You can purchase all equipment listed if you want your own set. SWWC will provide kit for more specialist sessions such as wobble boards, stability balls ETC, and these will need to be cleaned before and after use.
  • Memberships can start at any time. They can be cancelled at any time by notifying us by email at  hello@ninaparnham.com.
  • Members who are cancelling their membership are responsible for cancelling their recurring payments before the next due date, or the payment will be taken and will not refunded.
  • Memberships commence the day you sign up for your subscription. You are unable to accumulate payments for bookings. Classes you do not book or attend, will NOT roll over to another month. All membership subscriptions run for a calendar month from the date you sign up. The billing cycles renew monthly automatically unless cancelled. When you cancel your subscription, your membership is valid for one calendar month from your last payment.
  • All participants must book in for their chosen class, particularly for any live sessions, to ensure their admittance.
  • Participants must not book more than one week ahead for their chosen class.
  • If unable to attend a pre-booked class, participants must cancel within 48 hours minimum, to allow another participant to book the space.
  • If a member fails to attend or cancel a session on three occasions, they will not be permitted to book classes ahead.
  • Members will use their unique code at checkout to book onto their chosen weekly classes, to avoid any further payments being requested.
  • Due to the small space in the studio, if the class is fully booked online, and you turn up without a booking, we would have to turn you away for health and safety reasons.
  • All class participants must ensure they have completed an up-to-date pre-screen prior to starting the class or you may not be admitted to the session.
  • Please complete a new pre-screen if any changes occur to your health or medical status (change in medication/diagnosis etc) and notify the instructor.
  • Single classes are non-transferrable to another participant.
  • Babies must be either a non-crawler or be strapped into a car seat or buggy for the duration of the session.
  • Memberships are for individual use only, not for multiple households. If we discover that members are abusing their membership, then it will be cancelled without notice. We really hope we never have to do this.
  • All pre-recorded classes in the members area are protected by intellectual property right laws. You must not download, save, or copy the classes to any device.
  • For the courses that admit mums with babies, mums are entirely responsible for their baby’s health and safety, and the instructor or facilities are in no way responsible for any injury, harm, or loss to an infant.
  • The centre is closed for holidays: 1 week at Easter, two in Summer, 1 in October and 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year. No classes will be running during this time.
  • When an instructor is on holiday, we aim to cover the class with a replacement instructor or pre-record classes so you can have the option to work out during this break period
  • When an instructor is sick, we aim to either cover the class with an instructor or use pre-recorded sessions via the online platform for you, but this is not guaranteed.
 

For Consultations, Assessments and Reviews

  • Full payment is taken prior to your appointment for security purposes.
  • Cancellation of appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • Refunds will not be given if notice is given later than 48 hours, whatever the circumstances.
  • You will lose your session if you have not given the required notice period.
  • Please be on time for your appointment. Time cannot be added at end of your session due to cleaning protocols and ventilation of the space between clients.
  • If notice has been given, then you can either reschedule your appointment for another date and time or request a refund.
  • Refunds are to be requested by email to hello@ninaparnham.com.
  • If you need to re-schedule an appointment, you can only do this once. If you then can’t make the rescheduled appointment, then you would need to re-book and payment made again.
  • Late attendance to appointments of more than 20 minutes may not be seen. It is at the practitioners discretion if it is deemed possible to complete the treatment within the time. This is to protect the practitioners time, to allow the clinic to run smoothly, and to give the full and best treatment and service to the client. The client will not receive a full or partial refund in the event of being late or for non-attendance
 

For Workshops and Retreats

  • Full payment is taken prior to the workshop or retreat for security purposes.
  • You are not permitted to transfer your booking to another person, in the event that you are unable to attend
  • In the event of an outside workshop or retreat being adversely affected by the weather, NO refund will be given
  • Refunds for the workshop will only be issued within 48 hours of the booking.
  • Refunds will not be given if notice is given after 48 hours of booking, whatever the circumstances.
  • Refunds are to be requested by email to hello@ninaparnham.com.
 

For Therapy Bookings

  • Full payment is taken prior to your appointment for security purposes.
  • Cancellation of appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • Refunds will not be given if notice is given later than 48 hours, whatever the circumstances.
  • You will lose your session if you have not given the required notice period.
  • Please be on time for your appointment. Time cannot be added at end of your session due to cleaning protocols and ventilation of the space between clients.
  • If notice has been given, then you can either reschedule your appointment for another date and time or request a refund.
  • Refunds are to be requested by email to hello@ninaparnham.com.
  • Block bookings for therapy courses must be paid for in either one single payment or by our instalment payment option.
  • Courses are non-refundable once the first session has been redeemed.
  • Participants are subject to a 50% administration charge if they cancel a course of therapy sessions within 48 hours of booking.
  • If a client is unable to take one of the blocks booked sessions, providing adequate notice (48 hours minimum) is given, then they will be able to reschedule later.
  • Rescheduling block booking appointments must be requested in writing to hello@ninaparnham.com.
  • If you need to re-schedule an appointment, you can only do this once. If you then can’t make the rescheduled appointment, then you would need to re-book and payment made again.

  • Block booking massage sessions are non-refundable.
 

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are purchased via the website and are emailed directly to the person who ordered them.
  • The vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please ensure you book your appointment in good time, as we cannot guarantee availability.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for monetary value.
  • Once a voucher has passed its expiry date, you will not be able to use it towards any services as the code will become invalid and cannot be applied.
  • Please enter your voucher codes on checkout to redeem against a service. If you are experiencing an issue with using a valid voucher, please email us at hello@ninaparnham.com with the date and time and type of treatment you wish to purchase, along with your voucher code numbers, and we will make the booking for you.
