One to One Fitness Coaching

Nina provides a range of one to one fitness and movement coaching sessions, bespoke to your needs. You can choose to have a tailored training programme created for you and spend a practical session learning how to utilise it to your best. You can also book a single coaching session to work on a specific aim (these can be booked after an initial consultation where you discuss your needs with Nina).

The coaching can be specific to the postnatal period or general women’s wellness. If you are unsure which would suit you best you can discuss this with Nina in a quick phone chat before booking.

  • (Postnatal) One to one fitness Coaching Single Session with take home Programme
  • (Postnatal) Bespoke Fitness Programme with practical training for Home or Gym use (Postnatal) – I will plan a fitness programme for you to take away that is suitable for your individual requirements. We will spend the practical session going through the programme with you to ensure you understand your objectives.
  • (Women’s Wellness) Personal Movement Coaching Single Session (to be booked after an initial consultation)
  • (Women’s Wellness) Personal Movement Coaching Single Session with take home Programme (to be booked after an initial consultation)
