Nina provides a range of one to one fitness and movement coaching sessions, bespoke to your needs. You can choose to have a tailored training programme created for you and spend a practical session learning how to utilise it to your best. You can also book a single coaching session to work on a specific aim (these can be booked after an initial consultation where you discuss your needs with Nina).
The coaching can be specific to the postnatal period or general women’s wellness. If you are unsure which would suit you best you can discuss this with Nina in a quick phone chat before booking.
