Body tone is a fitness class for women in Ipswich who want to shape, tone and condition their body improving fitness, flexibility and mobility.
Body tone aims to develop full-body physical fitness to improve the condition of your body.
If you are looking to increase your strength, tone up, increase your heart rate, and generally get fitter you will benefit from a body tone class.
It will work on your whole body, including all the major muscle groups you can think of. It’s a total body workout. It also won’t just test your cardiovascular or aerobic fitness. It will also develop your muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
Expect a variety of exercise options during a body tone class. We use circuit style training, LBT (legs, bums and tums) type exercises, light weights, abdominal and body weight exercises. We will use a variety of equipment plus your body weight to make the classes more interesting and add challenge to the workouts. All tone classes are pelvic floor and core friendly; we don’t do star jumps or jumping jacks, but we do raise the heart rate and glow!
Classes are suitable for those who are interested in improving and maintaining their fitness levels.
If you are a beginner to exercise, or you haven’t exercised in a while, you may be interested in my Pilates and Stretch and Relax classes as an entry into fitness.

I love them all from experiencing burning calf and thigh muscles to stretching and relaxing!
I’ve also experienced a couple of massages with Nina which have been amazing each time. If I could make these a regular part of my life, (more time required) I would.
